On November 19, 2025, HREPA members had the exciting opportunity to partner with Black Women in Law, Haitian Student Union, and Haitian Empowerment & Support Organization (HESO) at Florida International University, presenting and introducing students to careers in real estate.
Through engaging panels and discussions, our members shared their personal journeys, career insights, and industry experiences, demonstrating the pathways to success in real estate. Students asked candid questions, gained practical advice, and left inspired by the real-world examples of resilience and achievement.
This event highlighted HREPA’s power as an organization—bringing together professionals to mentor, educate, and uplift the next generation—while also showcasing the value membership brings: access to industry knowledge, networking, and opportunities to make a meaningful impact in the community.
The evening reinforced that representation matters. By connecting students with successful Haitian real estate professionals, HREPA continues to foster leadership, expand career opportunities, and strengthen the community we serve.
