HREPA is a volunteer-led organization. In 2023, we launched a committee-based structure to carry out programs, build partnerships, and scale our reach. Each committee is led by two volunteer co-chairs and supported by a board liaison. Together, they design and implement activities to advance HREPA’s strategic plan.
Provides strategic leadership and governance to guide HREPA’s mission, programs, and long-term growth.
Equips members with training, certifications, and resources that enhance their skills and strengthen their impact.
Drives HREPA’s advocacy agenda by monitoring key policy issues affecting Haitian homeownership
Drives the HREPA member recruitment and engagement strategy
Builds relationships with Haitian-serving institutions and facilitate meaningful engagement opportunities for HREPA members.
Enhances HREPA’s brand visibility through strategic communications, social media, and public engagement.
Secures financial support through grants, donations, and sponsorships to ensure HREPA’s sustainability and growth.
Plans and executes high-impact networking events, forums, and signature gatherings that bring the HREPA community together.
